The entire cuff has been sealed to protect its beauty and your arm from turning that lovely green we all know. The cuffs are water resistant, however I recommend not showering or going swimming in them.
The bracelets are 6 inches around. You can gently open and close the cuff to adjust to your wrist.
Tip: slide the cuff on your wrist from the inside narrow part. Then pinch it together.
